My Boys
I still can't believe I get to say "my boys." Has it really been almost 3 months since my son was born? The time is flying by.
I feel I need to make a comment about the first picture, since my husband pointed out it looks like he is suffocating our little boy. He isn't. My husband is only holding the pacifier.

I did it!
Whew, that was a long pregnancy. Well, it was actually the average amount of time, but it felt long. I was exhausted and suffered serious pregnancy brain, which caused my creative juices to pretty much disappear. Also, being as huge as I was made it difficult to get in good positions for photography, and I couldn't move very fast to capture moments that disappear in the blink of an eye.
That being said, my creative juices are back and here is my first son!
His older sisters absolutely adore him and ask to hold him all the time. I need to get a picture of them surrounding baby boy. But for now, I leave you this one.

Announcement
There is a reason I haven't been posting very often lately. For the most part, in my "spare time" (does any mother really have spare time?), I have been napping. My exhaustion has reached a point that I didn't know could exist. At least there is a really, really great reason for this, and here it is:
If you have a minute, I'd really appreciate some prayers for this pregnancy (for my health and the health of the baby). Thank you!
My husband and oldest daughter are rooting for a boy, my middle daughter very sternly stated that she does not want a baby boy, and the youngest and I will be perfectly happy either way. My prayer is for a calm baby. I'm a little worried that I'll have another super needy baby like my oldest and youngest were/are, and I just don't know how many more sanity points I can stand to lose. We are all excited and thrilled, though. Peanut insists on calling the baby "Baby Sweets," and tells me that the baby is "a newborn baby. The baby is a newborn because it was born from God's tummy into yours." And then I was quickly asked if God has a tummy. I love child logic.
